 COVID-19 FAQ (hi! please read before ordering): 

All orders are made to order.

Are you guys still accepting orders? 
Yes! We still do BUT turnaround times may be slower than normal. Some orders can see delays of up to 12 business days. 

Shipping times for accessories?

Mugs, posters, and phone cases should ship in 2 business days. Embroidered caps can take up to 10 business days to ship.

So how long will it take to get to me? 
Usually, U.S. orders should only take around 7-10 days but due to COVID-19, it can take up to 3-4 weeks. On a regular schedule, international orders should only take around 2-4 weeks, but due to COVID-19, it can take up 6-8 weeks. 

We do understand that's a very long time but we are doing our best to have it ship as soon as possible! 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, due to the pandemic, we currently are unable to ship to a few countries at the moment. Please check out this document for more info: https://bit.ly/3eEoBVy

    I've waited and waited and waited. My order is still not here? 
    If your order has still not arrived within our expected time frame, please email us at info@shoplovesimply.com 

    I only got 1 item, instead of all the ones I ordered.

    We have been partially shipping orders to help speed up our fulfillment process. We are currently working on being able to update our orders with the various tracking numbers. Thanks so much for your patience.
