Shipping Costs? 

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Heck ya, we do! We ship all international orders by U.S. Air Mail. International orders require a physical street address and a phone number. We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all international orders. Deliveries will not be made on weekends or on holidays. The shipping time for international orders usually takes 5 to 30 business days depending on the destination country. Please check with the local post office or customs office if your customers have not yet received your package. Please Note: International orders may also be required to pay additional duty fees depending on the destination country. Please check with customs offices within the country. We are not responsible for any customs fees. 

When will I get my shirt? 

Our goal is to process the orders within 1-3 business days. Then, the order is shipped via First Class Mail, which means you need to add 3-5 business days on top of it. So the total is 5-7 days for you to receive the shirt.

What's your return/exchange policy? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. We do not accept returns because all items are MADE TO ORDER, which means it'll only be made once you order. I repeat, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges so please don't go ahead and return the item to us. All of our items are made to order so that we don't run out of items and no items will go to waste! However, if there's a physical defect such as rips, holes, etc., shoot us an email at info@shoplovesimply.com

Help! I just noticed that I chose the wrong size/color/design!

If you've noticed that you ordered the wrong thing from the confirmation email, please email us within 2 HOURS of your order. We can easily change it for you! However, if the item already went into production, it's too late. So please double check your orders before ordering. 

What are the washing instructions? 

Washed cold, inside-out, and low heat for a longer life span for your tees! 

 

Are you a non-profit? 

No, we're not. We're kind of a hybrid between for and non profits--hybrid organizations that primarily pursue a social mission but rely significantly on commercial revenue to sustain operations.
